Inspired by the season and by Sagittarius, these brownies combine sweet maple syrup and deep black cocoa with a sprinkle of flavorful fleur de sel, packed with pecans. Darkness sets in, and we must be reminded to take adventures, experience something new, and celebrate the bittersweet last fall harvest. We shall rest, and enjoy what has been reaped. We shall also not despair, and find delight in the dark.
