Inspired by the season and by Aries, we pay tribute to the sun's return with fresh carrot and sweet raisins, while cinnamon and spice honor Mars (Aries' ruler).  And a bold splatter of oat milk icing to finish. 

The plants have courage to sprout from the ground, they are energetic and enthusiastic after so much cold and so much rest.  Might we all feel so much vigor in the dawning of a new Spring.
